Marvin Oxenham (BA Theol, MA Phil, MA Ed, PGCertODE, PhD) has worked for 25 years in church planting, evangelism and theological education amongst Italians. He now serves as General Secretary of the European Council for Theological Education (ECTE) and is a faculty member at the London School of Theology. His PhD is published under the title “Higher Education in Liquid Modernity” and his recent research has led to the publication of the academic epistolary novel ‘Character and Virtue in Theological Education’. Marvin is the founder and Director of the ICETE Academy and has recently taken up the position of ICETE Quality Assurance Director.
