Graham loves to see churches equipping all their members, making disciples and empowering them for mission, ministry, and leadership. He spent 14 years working with Mongolia TEE, serving churches with small-group, in-context training, church-based training. He helped prepare a Certificate program that has been accredited by the Asia Theological Association (ATA, and he’s been a member of the ATA’s Commission for Accreditation and Educational Development since 2014. He became more closely involved with ICETE during the dialogue between formal and nonformal theological education. He’s currently serving as General Secretary of the Increase Association, whose purpose is to connect and strengthen church-based training movements across Asia and beyond, www.increaseassociation.org.
