AETAL Celebrates XI Triennial Congress of Theological Educators of Latin America

In October, AETAL celebrated the XI Triennial Congress of Theological Educators of Latin America. The congress was held in Guatemala City, at the Central American Theological Seminary (SETECA), with participation of 55 delegates from 14 countries across North, Central and South America.

The plenary sessions and workshops were based on themes around the ICETE Manifesto II, presented last year in Izmir, Türkiye.

Civil unrest in Guatemala during the week of the meeting prevented some of the local participants from attending the meeting. Amid these challenges, God was very gracious, and those who attended were blessed by the opportunities to reflect, fellowship, worship and share with friends and colleagues from across the region.
