The convent has 48 rooms which will be assigned on a first come, first served basis. Once these rooms are booked, you will be contacted with instructions on making your own arrangements in a nearby hotel (there are many hotels near the address of the convent is Via San Paolo VI, 21, Rome – just across St Peter’s square).

If you are staying in the SS Maria convent, your room will be automatically booked from the evening of 13/02 to lunch of 16/02. If you plan on arriving earlier or leaving later, please contact the convent directly to ensure availability and make your reservation. Will you have lunch in the convent on Feb 13 (arrival day)?

The nuns in the convent do not like to waste food and cook exactly the right amount of food for those that make a reservation. All meals are automatically reserved for all participants on the 14th, 15th and 16th, but we do not know who will be arriving early on the 13th and needing a meal, so please indicate this here.

Do you need visa assistance to enter Italy?

Scholarships will be disbursed by the Steering Committee based on availability. You will be notified shortly after your registration in order to allow you to book your flights.
